Antonio Centeno Ortiz was born in Montcada i Reixac in 1971, and has lived in Barcelona since 1999. He acquired his functional diversity (tetraplegia) at the age of 13. He has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Universitat de Barcelona and taught high school mathematics from 1998 to 2010. Antonio has been a member of the Foro de Vida Independiente y Divertad (Forum for Independent Living and Diversity/Liberty) since 2004, and one of the nine founding members of the Oficina de Vida Independiente (Independent Living Office) in Barcelona since 2006. He has organised various audiovisual cultural projects linked to functional diversity (Trèvols de 4 fulles, Vivir y otras ficciones, Yes, We Fuck, Nexos) and to sexual assistance (Tus manos, mis manos).
